22 November 2009.

A day whereby my squadmates & me looked forward totally when we were in Secondary 1. What day is that? It is the NPCC Passing Out Parade (POP). Its been the day that we all always moarn to come as fast as possible during those Sec 1 & 2 Friday NPCC training times.

Slowly the feeling change when each of us got an important & memorable role to remember. It changed also due to we feel the honour to teach our juniors at different levels of fun. The honour feeling is indescribeable. It just up lifted our spirit to serve NPCC to our fullest capability.

Iszuwan was the Parade Commander for NDP 08. Sufie was the Best Unit Male Cadet. Firdaus was the representative for Fajar Secondary School at the Singapore NDP 08. Syafiq was the Annual Camp 2009 Assistant Camp Coordinator. I was the Annual Camp 2009 Camp Coordinator. Umairah was the Best Unit Female Cadet.

All the post that we took before had been one hell of a memory. Lots of ups & downs during the process of acheiving a successfull time in the particular post. Being the Parade Commander need to be perfect on the actual day or you will be shame in front of the whole school. Being the Best Unit Male Cadet & Best Unit Female Cadet needed lots of patient & frequent training for drills to give a perfection one every training. Being the representative for Fajar Secondary School at the Singapore NDP 08 was something which was very very honourable. Being the Annual Camp 2009 Assistant Camp Coordinator needed lots of cooperation with the Coordinator & team. Lastly, being the Annual Camp 2009 Camp Coordinator needed tons of patient level, stress management must be sky high & the camp must run well or CC will take the blame & shame.

Today's POP was fantastic! It will be one of the well remembered days in my life. Its very touching to see the upcoming NCOs busily planning in their groups & working on some cards just to make our last day in NPCC such a memorable one. It did bought back memories whereby my squadmates & I sat at the McDonalds BPP & planning for the Annual Camp 2009. Disagreements & foughts did happened during planning. Tons of papers messily placed in front of me. I busily noting down every suggestions that were shooting at me. What a memory!

To be honest, the plan of the day as what i could saw was great. Fantastic games were prepared for us. The ceremony was great too! Received a card with a picture that was took few hours back & inside the card was filled with different touching comments from the upcoming NCOs.

Parade started at around 4pm. Everything were fine. I was feeling relaxed. It was till the moment whereby the TOs, CIs & WCIs inspect my whole squad. What i meant by inspecting was each TOs, CIs & WCIs will stop at each cadet & give some word of encouragement & appreciation talk. I seriously couldn't hold back my tears & broke down a little. You know why? The switch on the song title "Hero" by Mariah Carey. That song was the main cause of me to break down. The word of encouragements + appreciation talks + song title "Hero" by Mariah Carey + touching moments = Too Unbearable.

To my Sec 1s,

All the best in your NPCC career. Do enjoy every single moments of NPCC. Its a sad thing that i can't guide you people all the way to POP. The last training time i had with all of you was the furthest i could go. But i will be always there to support all of you till you people POP! Don't worry! Continue & have the uttermost fun in NPCC!

To Sec 2s,

Prepare yourself for the biggest time of your NPCC career that will be next year as the NCOs! All the best & have the uttermost fun too!

To Sec 3s,

Time is running out. You people will POP in about 1 year few months. Enjoy every moment to the earth core! Treasure it! Create as much unforgettable memories along the way before you POP! Jia you Sec 3s! All the best on taking over us as the NCOs & have the uttermost fun too!

Yaw! I am back. With a fantastic news in hand! I am employed for a job! I repeat that again. I am employed for a job! One last time. I AM EMPLOYED FOR A JOB! Hahs! Some may say its a good news as at least i got something to do rather than just wasting my life at home earning nothing or going out spending again & again. Whileas, some may say its a bad news as holiday is left estimated about only 1 month left. How about me?

Ironically, i can't describe what am i feeling now. Should i say happy? But the laziness to work is still stubbornly staying in my body. Should i say unhappy? Nahh. Who in the world will be unhappy when they're employed! Hahs! Should i say mixed feelings? Nahh too. Told you that there's NO unhappy feeling in me. Hmm! Should i say Indescribable Feelings? YES! Perfection one.

Where am i working? Hahs! A fantastic question. One fine day you will know & be amazed of it. Hahs!

Yaw to all creators of god! I am back from Sarawak! Weeeeeeee! It was such an enjoyable, fun & tiring trip. Let me start as this post maybe a lengthy one. Hahs!

9/11/09 (Monday)

Woke up with a happy feeling in me as i am going for an overseas trip with mates. Meet mates at Sout View LRT at 10am & off we went to BPP Mcdonalds to meet Azmeran. Chatted for about 20 minutes & off we proceed to school as NCC had to fall in by 10.45am while the rest NPCC & SJAB by 11am. Kan chong uh? Hahs! Gather & did attendance taking & off we went to Changi Budget Terminal. The first thing i stepped into the terminal was to ask Ms Sangeetha that i need to clear my bowels! Hahs! & please people i didn't use tissue but i use water! Hahas! More hygenic way you know? Hahs! Then had our luggages check in & off we all went for breakfast. An hour of breakfast & off we enter the departure hall. Had 10 minutes of walk around the departure hall & off we board the plane.

An hour flight journey. Reach Sarawak. First person to clear the immigration, first person to get my bag & the first person to enter the Sarawak's airport toilet. Hahas! Kiasu-ism needed due to my bladder exploding. Hahs! Board a 28 seater bus. Seated beside Afida! Weeeeheeeee! My girlfriend for three days. Hahs! First destination of the trip was to the Sarawak's Bird Eye view tower. A 76m tower. Wow uh! Spend nearly 45 minutes up there & off we went to have our dinner at Grand Malay Restaurant. The food were great! After dinner, head off to Giant hypermarket nearby to get foods etc for night time later. 30 minutes given & then head off to our Merdeka Palace Hotel to check in. While Mr Seow busy checking in for all of us, the rest had a de-brief & planned for the second day's CIP work at St Philips Padawan school. Mr Seow done checking in for all of us & we're broken down into different groups for our rooms. Me,Syafiq,Saiful & Syahmi got a normal standard hotel room while the rest got a suite. How sad right? Hahs! We got room 211! Get our keys & off we went to our room to rest. On the phone with girlfriend till 12.30am & off we both went to sleep. Hahs!

10/11/09 (Tuesday)

Wake up call at 5.45am. God thats early right? Hahs! Alarm went off at 5.30am but snooze it till 6am. I was totally irritated by someone whom kept on pressing the alarm bell continously. Got off bed & open the door waiting to give the person mouthful of shit. But then i got this "Good Morning sir. This is a wake up call." WHATTHEFUCK! Its the hotel man! Hahs! Went down for breakfast at 6.30am. A range of breakfast food were fantastic! Even ice cream were also available early in the morning! Wow! After breakfast, off back to room with marilyn & gang. Pack up what needed for the day & off to marilyn's room as we want to see the different between a standard room & a suite. Hahs! The moment we exit the lift at marilyn's room floor, Ms Sangeetha was waiting for the lift. God! Sway uh? Haha! As that was the girls floor, boys aren't allow to stop at that floor. But thanks to the understanding of Ms Sangeetha after we explained our motive, she let us go but with one condition. & the condition was we cannot put our legs into their suite at all. Wth right? Hahs! & saddest part was we all had to go down to the ground floor by the staircase as the lift always full when it reaches our floor! Gather at the lobby & board the bus. Off we went for an hour 30 minutes bus ride to St Philips Padawan school. Its a eye opener to see the nature & plantation along the way. The ride was bumpy due to uneven road surface.

Reached St Philips Padawan school. Principal of the school gave us a speech followed by mr seow followed by four great traditional dance & off we went to our groups & did our CIP work thats to ENTERTAIN THE CUTE KIDS! At first had a hard time communicating with them as we don't know if they understand english. End up, i had to talk malay which was horrendous actually. Hahas! I talked malay till Mr Maran came & told us to talk in English. & we all go "Whatttt they understand english?!". Hahahaha! Then we started talking english normally. & they respond like no one business! Godd! Hahs! First introduction then second we played Blow Wind Blow which we translate confident to malay "Angin tiup angin". No one realise it was wrong till when i board the bus & talked to girlfriend about what we did & she told me we translated wrongly as it suppose to be "Tiup Angin Tiup"! Hahas! Thirdly we played Ice man which everyone enjoy running the whole field including us which are 16 year old humans! Hahaha! 2 hours of CIP passes ultraly fast. Its time to leave! Godd i missed time like instantly when we all had to board the bus already. Luckily manage to find Alexander my favourite student & took picture with him! Damn fucking cute siaa that guy! We're treated like VIP as all St Philips Padawan student stand in a straight line before our bus & shake all of our hands! Coolio!

Board the bus with our shirt drenched in sweat! Hahs! Head off to the pottery factory. An hour journey there. Another bumpy ride. God! Slept along the way there as too tired after playing ice man under the intense hot sun! Girlfriend slept on my shoulder like as usual & i slept on her head! Hahahas! Nice siaa! Deep into sleep all the way till reached the pottery factory. I did played with the vase making machine. Fun siaa! Getting dirty also have. Hahs! Receive our packed lunch there. But my packed lunch was kept till i returned to my hotel room & eventually i throwed it away! Hahs! After pottery factory, we head off to Cultural Village. God! It was fun, interesting & tiring! After cultural village, we head off to kek lapis factory. God! The sarawak's kek lapis cost RM22 & the standard cost RM10! How expensive was that for malaysian to buy?! Hahs! Spend RM98 on 5 kek lapis. Like whattt?? Hahs! Then head off to had our dinner at Topspot Restaurant which was actually a rooftop kopitiam! Hahs! Afterwhich, we head to the same Giant hypermarket & off back to our hotel for debrief. 30 minutes debrief & off back hotel room. Got our bathed etc & off me & syafiq went to Azmeran's room to torn there. Hahs! On the way to their room, i just realised that i bought a EXPIRED yogurt drink! Fuck that Giant! Sheeeshhh! Talk crap, played tai ti card with mr faizal & mr seow & off to sleep at their room at around 3.30am. Tiring day!

11/11/09 (Wednesday)

Everyone woke up late! Hahs! Wake up call was at 5.30am. Breakfast was at 6.15am. But the whole suite woke up at 6.10AM for god sake! Hahaha! Me & syafiq rushed & packed our things & off back to our room. Got our teeths brushed & our face washed, we rushed down for breakfast as its a first come first serve seat basis. Meaning we got to fight against those business people too. Had breakfast & went back to our hotel room. Bathed & packed our things before heading to the lobby for checking out at 8.00am. Checked out & took a group photo at the lobby & board the bus.

First destination of the day was to the Blind society home. Broke into our CIP groups again. Our group task was to transport 5 mushroom racks into a room which was less than 20 metres. Hahs! Easy one! Our work was done within 15 minutes. Another task given. It was to clean the outside area of the home. Another easy one! Hahs! Afterwhich, head for the art museum. Great artefacts available inside! Afterwhich, we had our early lunch at Grand Malay Restaurant again. Afterwhich, we went to see the process of bird nest & off for "shopping". Not at a mall. But a ultra souvenirs shop! How sad! That bought unhappiness to everyone as we demand for a shopping mall & not a souvenir shop. Afterwhich, head to airport to check in our luggages. Did our last reflection & had a 45 minutes shopping at the airport. At 1.15pm, everyone got to report at the departure gate. Checked in & waited at Gate 9. Had a good laughing moments with Firdaus & Azmeran while browsing through photos at our cameras. Got to know we will have a 30 minutes delay due to an engineering fault in Singapore. Journey back to Singapore was abit much longer due to turbulence. Reached Singapore at 7pm. Collected our luggages & waited for 15 minutes due to someone luggage was missing. We all were forced to board the bus already as its running late already. Slept all the way again in the bus. Reached school at 8+pm. Had dinner with Syafiq,Azmeran & Firdaus at BPP KFC till 9pm. Afterwhich, HOME SWEET HOME!

CAK CAK CAK! Mushrooms, algaes & all types of fungus are filling my blogspot. It's been a ultra long last since i spend my life typing a post for curious humans out there whom really want to know about my well being. My last post was stretched back all the way till July 18. Mega horredously long uh? My sincerest apologies to those souls whom really waited for a new post to be out. The moment you ever waited for since after July 18 is finally here today! Do run around your home & shout "YES FINALLY ARIF POST SOMETHING!". Hahas

Two greatest reasons on earth for not posting for months. First, busy with National Examinations. Second, just. too tired to type out. Great enough to make you have a intention of buying a sniper & shot me down from your position now? Hahas.

For those curious souls whom really ultra curious where i had been & the greatest reasons not enough to let you feel good, let me tell you more now. I am fine. I am still in Singapore. I didn't migrate. I didn't have any major sickness. I wasn't in ICU. I wasn't in IMH. Ok done. Are you feeling better now? Hahas.

Now comes to the most interesting part, Life. It's been a roller coaster life since the starting of 2009. Ups, Downs, Lefts & Rights. Major happiness didn't really last for long this year. When happiness is reaching the peck of life, nonsense horrendous incident will happen. Thus, instead of the happiness reaching the peck, it will drop drastically to the point of moodless or even worser. Some matters can be sort out via verbal. Instead, i will let laziness set in. I have the ability to talk things out but it will only be use when it's ultra important. Other than that, i will prefer it to be voluntarily seen or change by the particular person without a single sound from me. I will always hope for a better day everyday when i wake up.

For now, happiness is going up steadily. Will it reach the peck? I have no clue at all. I will just hope high it will reach the peck for the first time in 2009.
